◆Circulatory system, including pre- and post-dose ECG, blood pressure and temperature measurements in conscious, unrestrained animals or anesthetized animals, implanted telemetry, non-invasive JET, individualized QT-corrected interval (QTcR) and arrhythmia analysis; hERG test

◆Respiratory system, including whole body plethysmography, airway resistance and pulmonary compliance in small animals

◆Central nervous system, including rat (FOB, functional observational battery), modified Irwin's test
